Life can feel like a whirlwind of challenges. Finding a safe haven for healing and growth is invaluable. As a therapist, I offer just that—a safe space where you can explore, heal, and thrive.
I provide a compassionate and nonjudgmental space where you can explore a range of concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or navigating life transitions. I also enjoy working with parents of neurodivergent kids and teens, as well as young adults learning to live and thrive with their own unique neurodivergence. Another area of special interest is religious and spiritual trauma, as well as other faith related issues. In addition to my Master's in Counseling, I also have a Master's in Theology. If you don't feel safe in religious communities, are feeling incongruent and anxious about beliefs you no longer align with, or just need a space to process issues related to your spirituality, there is a seat for you on my couch. I would be honored to walk alongside you.
Above all, my approach is grounded in empathy, warmth, and authenticity. I believe genuine connection and trust are the cornerstones of effective therapy.
I look forward to walking alongside you as you navigate life's challenges and move towards healing and wholeness.
